SocketXP IoT SaaS General Data Protection (GDPR)

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. We do not share your personal information with third parties, other than the ones with whom we partner to offer our service. For example, our solution integrates with Microsoft 365, Google G-Suite, GitHub, and Okta for SSO based OAuth authentication. We do not collect or store any information about you from them, other than your Email ID for login/authentication purposes.

We have integrated our solution with Stripe Payment Gateway. You'll provide your personal and payment information with Stripe directly in their payment portal when you subscribe to our service. We cannot see your credit card information provided to Stripe. Stripe stores the credit card information in its database for future recurring payments. We do not store your payment address or billing address or any other personal information in our database.

All device specific information that are stored by SocketXP IoT Cloud Gateway to provide our service in a region stays within that region. Device or user information in one region is never replicated or backed up in another region. Data traffic sent through our cloud service is never stored or backed up. Only the debug logs associated with the SocketXP tunnel used to forward the traffic (IP address, TCP Port) are stored temporarily to debug any potential issues. These logs are not stored for more than 30 days. They will be automatically deleted to reclaim storage.
